1. Nature of Relationship & Non-Affiliation

VortexTel LLC operates as an authorized referral partner. We provide information about available service options and assist with submitting service requests through approved master-dealer partners.

We do not own, operate, or maintain any telecommunications, cable, or internet infrastructure. All service agreements, billing arrangements, equipment provisions, and performance obligations are solely between you and the selected service provider.

2. Address-Based Availability & Pricing Information

Service availability, pricing, speeds, and promotional offers are based on information provided by participating service providers at the time of inquiry and are subject to change.

Final pricing, service terms, installation timelines, equipment requirements, and actual speeds are determined by the selected provider. VortexTel LLC is not responsible for provider-related billing variations, service performance, or promotional changes.

3. Communications Consent (Calls & SMS)

By calling us or submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from VortexTel LLC and, where applicable, participating service providers regarding your inquiry or service request.

Such communications may include phone calls or text messages using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP.

4. Limitation of Role & Liability

VortexTel LLC’s role is limited to consultation, comparison assistance, and referral support. We are not responsible for service interruptions, network performance issues, equipment malfunctions, billing disputes, or contractual matters arising from your agreement with a service provider.

Any disputes regarding service delivery, billing, or contract terms must be addressed directly with the selected provider.
